He completed his MD from the prestigious BJ Medical College at Sassoon General Hospital Pune. Very early in his career he developed an interest in ART and minimally invasive surgery and he developed these skills by training under some of the best experts at reputed international and national centers.

His desire to establish a center for the treatment of health challenges of women at various stages of their lives lead to his establishing the Pearl Women’s Hospital in 2005. His all round skills enabled him to focus on treatment with minimal invasion.

In 2007 he associated with YASH Test Tube Baby Center to focus on the growing issue of infertility and subfertility in both women and men.

In 2014 Dr Chaitanya Ganapule expanded Pearl Women’s Hospital by adding a comprehensive 24 x 7 facility to treat infertility and subfertility cases. Pearl Women’s Hospital & Yash IVF specialises in treatment of recurrent IVF failures, especially among elderly ladies and low sperm count issues among men. Dr. Ravindra Kulkarni has completed his undergraduate and postgraduate qualification from B. J. Govt. Medical College Pune, one of the best medical colleges in India. He received best performance award (Gold Medal) from Pune University in M. D. (gynecology and obstetrics) examination.

Dr Ashwini has performed more than 2000 ICSI procedures and more than 1000 vitrification procedures in the past 10 years.

She has experience in setting up a tissue culture laboratory and with the background of her education from University of Leeds she has contributed to the development of Yash IVF centre for past 10 years.
